Mom & Baby!
Travis went to the pool store to buy a new chlorinator float and came back with Mom & baby. How cute are they? Someone is excited!
I am just happy that he selected the duck duo and not Shamu.

22 Week Bump!
Here's the bump that all of you have been asking to see. My self portrait isn't that great but it definitely shows some growth....hard to decide which bump to look at first. I can't promise that there will be more but I will try again next month!

I still love Buy Buy Baby...
Even though they think I am on my third child and first girl!
P.S. Martha S. says that you should only register with the first.

Nursery Theme
I am having such a hard time deciding what colors/theme to use in the baby's room. I am not a fan of the bedding sets, mostly because you can't use half of it and also because the animals, clowns and sports themes are about all a bit scary looking. Last week I had settled in on the no theme cream/brown/white palette. Who was I kidding? So not me! Here is the latest, I am 99% sure I will use the colors in the middle.
Swatch board to follow next week!

A "LOT" of Maternity Clothes
PC Jenny gave me this lot of maternity wear! I had to photograph and catalog because I will never remember what to give back. As per her advice, I have limited the "Knocked Up" tank to walks, boot camp and the occasional Wal-Mart visit.

Babies 'Rnt Us
Sorry in advance if you are a fan of Babies 'R Us but I think the name should be Babies 'RNT Us. I went in to register for just a few items, thinking that I would come back at a later time. After the wonderful experience at Buy Buy Baby I thought it would be a breeze. It didn't seem too bad until I got home and realized that they didn't clear the scanner and another mother's 100+ items are now on my registry. I am deleting the whole thing...bye bye Babies 'R Us!

boon inc.
About a year ago I fell in love with boon, an innovator of modern products & solutions for parents. If you have seen the frog pod or the flair high chair, you know what I mean! I could go on and tell you how our (boon + BD baby) relationship has grown over time but the story is long and not exciting to most.
What is exciting is my boon wish list for BD Baby! This list is coming on a bit early but I just happened to have dinner with a little bird from boon last night and heard about some new products that might be coming out in the fall. While we're all waiting, I can tell you about some products I have on my wish list now:

- Frog Pod
- Grass
- Flair
- Bob (he's an Odd Duck)
Even though BD Baby is just halfway home, I wanted to share boon with all of my "new" mom friends...and the exponentially growing number of expectant friends out there!

Boot Camp Baby!
Last week I started back at boot camp! My instructor (off and on for 3 years) had suffered a stroke while in surgery a few months back and camp closed. Thankfully he is on the path to recovery and camp is back open. The Dr. told him that his health was to thank and I believe it.
I am thrilled to be back at it! I am given a few "baby" modifications but let me tell you mountain climbers are still hard and lunges still make me sore. Afterwards I "Cocoon" in the pool to cool off and recover.
Welcome back Marty!

Welcome Jameson John!
After 31 hours of labor, my cute little friend Bridgette ended up with a c-section and a beautiful baby boy! Jameson John arrived on Tuesday weighing in at 8lbs 15.4 ounces. I say round it up to 9lbs Bridgette...he is all but a shot put in my mind. Can't wait to meet him today.
At the same time Bridgette was suffering, we were finding out the sex of Belle Diem Baby! I have decided to pull a LeBron and hold out on announcing. Actually, that's not true, we have told most of our friends and family but I keep forgetting to upload the shots!

Cupcakes for Kendal!
BD Baby Cousin Kendal Naiya arrived July 3rd at 5:30 a.m. weighing in at 7 pounds, 13 ounces and 22 inches long. Her name stems from both grandfathers, ours was Lloyd Kendal! Of course she is the most beautiful baby ever and I am not just saying that because of the blood relation. Mom and Dad are doing great, in fact my husband and I thought they looked like naturals...so calm and collected.
Almost forgot, we brought the sleep deprived parents homemade strawberry cupcakes. I am most proud of my bow made out of tissue and a cut up Ulta bag!

Waiting on BD Baby's Cousin
Shout out to cousin Jenny, who is now two days overdue and in labor! When I talked to her earlier today, she said that everyone was looking at her and waiting. I asked if I could bring popcorn...at least she still had her sense of humor.
Maybe the baby isn't ready for this 115 degree heat?

Birthday Blankie for BD Baby!
One of my birthday gifts this year AND the first gift for BD baby! Actually I need to give my Mom some credit here, she probably bought the first gift(s) three and a half months ago. I love the colors!
