Horses, EMU and Rain...OH MY!

A few photos from our weekend walk, the first one in a very long time! I think that Jack forgot about the live animals in the neighborhood and he was VERY excited to see horses, a duck and an emu. I am personally scared that the emu will pluck my eyeballs...Eliya was just thrilled to go outside for once. Today, back to 100+ degrees :(.

Tough Week

7 days, 6 nights without daddy! We are all exhausted and ready for normalcy. Thank you Oma and Opa for helping out.

V-A-C-A-T-I-O-N

We went to Dana Point, CA...1 hour south of LA, 1 hour north of San Diego for a bit of a mid-summer vaca! The location and weather were ideal, can't wait to go again. A few highlights: macaroni from the mac 'n cheese station at the hotel, kids and Mom getting ready to swim, Jack at the beach, road trippin, Eliya's first trip to the beach, Jack after chocolate cake (same amazing hotel restaurant), Eliya and her off shoulder suit, hanging with daddy wearing long sleeves, visit to Sea World, view from our hotel.
